We went to Portrait Innovations today for 9 month pictures!!! His check up is on Tuesday and we'll see how much he weighs, length and all that good stuff!
Over the past week we have had so much fun! We visited with Roxy and Ryley on Thursday, my friend Lisa from college and her two kids Ethan and Emma on Friday, went to the park and other fun little adventures on our "staycation" during Spring Break!
The new little developments are his crawling - he's getting his knees up underneath but hasn't quite figured out how to move hands and knees in the right order! He's also discovering things to put his finger into. Right now his favorite is his nose! haha!
He also plays with his finger to his lips and makes the little blubbering sounds to amuse himself!

Happy Easter!
We had a wonderful 1st Easter! Church was great! Pastor's sermon was on the perspective of Nicodemus - his meeting with Jesus prior to the crucifixion and what might have gone through his head when he was with Joseph claiming the body after the Lord's death. Very insightful!
After church we went to Grandma's for dinner and pictures! We had a great time visiting and showing off Christian's new trick - lunging forward! (Video to come soon!)
We went over to Mom and Dad Goss' after and hung with all the fam and Christian got an Easter basket!
The only nap he got in today was at church during the sermon!!! When we got home at 7:00 he CRASHED!!! Such a tired little boy!!!

8 Month Pictures!
We just got home from our 8 month picture session with Ryley!!! The 14th will be next week but we wanted to get together with our friends to share the photo session and get cute pictures together!!!
The latest milestone with Christian is that he's finally rolling around all the time! He was stubborn for a while and wouldn't roll when placed on his tummy! He sits, scoots, walks around in his play-around, holds mommy and daddy's hands to take steps and now he finally rolls!!! :)
He's also sleeping all night in his crib! It took us a few days to train him but he's consistent and loves his bed time routine!

7 Month Pictures and Valentine's Day!

Christian is 7 months today!!! Happy Valentine's Day!
Yesterday we went to Cool Springs with Ryley for some fun Valentine pictures!!! They were the cutest little love bugs!!!

6 Month Check-up
So our check up was actually on February 2nd instead of the middle of January. Around the time of our original appointment our pediatrician found out that her older sister had been killed in a plane crash. It was so tragic and her sister was like a mother to her because her parents died when she was a teenager. Please pray for her family when you think of it.
On to good news, Christian is still in the 99% for height! 29 1/2 inches!!! His weight is lower - probably in the 70-80% range. (18lbs 13oz)
She has approved more solids in his diet so I've been having a bunch of fun making up different veggies and fruits and freezing them. Our latest meal was carrots! Next on the menu will be some spinach! Mmmmmmmmm!
His favorite foods are sweet potatoes, bananas, and pears! :)
